Num cen\u00e1rio em que se equaciona,\nno plano das orienta\u00e7\u00f5es, a \u201cautonomia\u201d da escola e as potenciais virtudes\npedag\u00f3gicas da contextualiza\u00e7\u00e3o de certas decis\u00f5es curriculares, n\u00e3o pode\nignorar-se o anunciado refor\u00e7o das compet\u00eancias dos munic\u00edpios e entidades\nintermunicipais. No campo da especula\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00e9mica, ser\u00e3o a autonomia da escola\ne a autonomia do munic\u00edpio concili\u00e1veis?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Privilegiarei, por um lado, a an\u00e1lise de tens\u00f5es suscitadas\npela \u201cautonomia e flexibilidade curricular\u201d e nomearei, por outro, alguns dos\nequ\u00edvocos reinantes em torno de conceitos como \u201cdescentraliza\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d e\n\u201cmunicipaliza\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O Congresso teve por objetivo discutir pedagogia e foi organizado pelas associa\u00e7\u00f5es de diretores de escola portugueses com o apoio da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Gulbenkian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/congressodasescolas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"ver mais (opens in a new tab)\">ver mais<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O investigador do CIDTFF, Ant\u00f3nio Neto-Mendes, participou como orador no painel \u201cFlexibilidade, Autonomia e Descentraliza\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d do 2\u00ba Congresso das Escolas, sobre \u201cA Pedagogia das Escolas\u201d, que teve lugar entre os dias 14 e 15 de novembro, na Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Calouste Gulbenkian em Lisboa.
